Tap into your body’s innate healing centers with Bri Cooper, Athletic Trainer & Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, as she guides you through 45 minutes of full body stretching paired with breathing and tapping practices.

Water & Yoga Mat or Blanket/Cushion
