How to redeem a Gift Card online

1. Check the expiration date of your Gift Card. Gift Cards purchased on or after Dec. 10, 2022 expire 9 nine years from the date of issue. Those purchased prior to Dec. 10 expire 5 years from the date of issue. If it is still valid, go to the booking page: https://floatrochester.com/book-now. Be sure to book an appointment on or before the expiration date.

2. Pick the service for which you have a Gift Card (float or salt therapy). If you have a multi-service Gift Card, you must book them one at a time.

3. Pick the tank or room of your preference, and then select a date and time. Click “continue.”

4. Enter your information. Read and confirm the intake form questions.

5. E-Gift numbers are found at the very top of your email. Paper Gift Card numbers are found at the bottom left corner.

6. Enter your unique 5-digit Gift card Number in the box provided. Click the orange “CONTINUE TO PAYMENT” button to go to the final checkout page.

7. Type in the coupon code GIFTCARD in the box “PACKAGE, GIFT OR COUPON CODE” and click “Apply.” After the page refreshes, click “CONFIRM”

8. You’re done! You should receive a confirmation email immediately.
