Designed for all levels, no yoga experience needed.

This class is suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. It is highly recommended for anyone experiencing joint stiffness, chronic stress, or anyone looking to cultivate a deeper, more mindful relationship with their body. No prior yoga experience is required.

Step into a sanctuary of deep stillness and profound release. This specialized class blends the quiet, steady practice of Yin Yoga with the internal awareness of Somatic Meditation to help you open your joints, clear stagnant energy, and restore your body’s natural vitality. We begin with a guided Somatic Meditation, drawing your awareness out of the busy mind and deeply into the felt sensations of the body. By tuning into your internal landscape, you will learn to recognize and gently release deeply held physical and emotional tension. Transitioning into our Yin Yoga practice, we will hold floor-based postures for extended periods (typically three to five minutes). This approach targets the body's deeper yin tissues—specifically the joints, ligaments, and deep fascial tissues. By utilizing props and the support of the earth, you will safely stress these connective tissues to improve joint mobility, flexibility, and overall circulation. As physical restrictions dissolve, the body's meridian lines are stimulated, clearing blockages and opening up your energetic pathways. You will leave this practice feeling opened, spacious, grounded, deeply rested, and reconnected to your body.
